Pre-Orders

Pre-order items require additional processing time as stated in the product description. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the estimated fulfillment timeline. Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. At that point, JAG LUX is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. JAG LUX is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package is delayed, missing, or lost, you must contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim or request an investigation.

The shipping carrier is the only party able to locate, reroute, or recover packages once they are in their possession.

Pickup & Local Delivery Policy

At JAG LUX, we offer both local pickup and local delivery for your convenience.

Local Pickup

    •    Pickup is available at a designated location.

    •    You will receive a notification (email or text) once your order is ready.

    •    Please do not arrive until you receive confirmation.

    •    Orders must be picked up within 3–5 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.


Local Delivery

    •    Local delivery is available within select areas.

    •    Delivery fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout or communicated after purchase.

    •    Once your order is out for delivery, you will be notified.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery. If delivery is attempted and missed, a redelivery fee may apply.
